Certified Trust Inside Associates
The Trust Inside Assessments were created in 1973 in Minneapolis when Dr Ralph Colby, a qualified psychologist and former Baptist minister, along with Ron Bates, a marketing specialist, believed there was a need for organizations to be more effective in managing people.
Keith Ayers joined the company, Interpersonal Growth Systems, known as Intégro, in 1977 and took over ownership of the business in 1980.
The key purpose of the Intégro business was and still is to provide organizations with tools to enable positive culture change.
The Trust Inside Assessments provide valid data to enable organizations to build a culture of trust and a healthy, psychologically safe work environment that takes the interactions between employees and their leaders from average to extraordinary.
In 2023, Keith Ayers, Founder of Intégro Leadership Institute (ILI) and Trust Inside Assessments (TIA) announced that Jenna Stoliker is the new owner of ILI and TIA.
It has always been a dream of Keith’s to see TIA being used far and wide with as many organizations as possible to improve workplace culture now, and long after he has retired. It has now come to fruition as he hands over ownership to Jenna’s very capable hands.
Keith said, “I am delighted to be passing on the stewardship of these assessments to someone like Jenna. With 30 years in the Learning and Organizational Development field working with leadership teams across the globe, Jenna’s experience and knowledge of these assessments is vast. Her ability and experience in using all three of the assessments has enabled her to support her clients in fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture.
I am thrilled that she will be flying the flag for the Trust Inside Assessments and growing their use across North America and other countries throughout the world. Jenna will now support all Associates in the years to come.”
