Keith Ayers reacts to corporate trust crisis with new "Trust Inside" blog
WEST CHESTER, PA (March 23, 2009)-Leadership consultant and author Keith Ayers announces the launch of his new blog, "Trust Inside" (keithayers.typepad.com), aiming to kick-start a trust agenda in corporate America.
Ayers, who is the CEO of Integro Leadership Institute, an international leadership consultancy, says his blog is not just a reaction to the scandal engulfing the global corporate community, but says that trust is now more crucial than ever for businesses looking to gain competitive advantage.
"Trust is essential for business success," writes Ayers in his first post. "People don't work for organizations they don't trust, at least not over the long term. People don't buy from companies or people they don't trust. And yet what we're seeing is organizations and their business leaders destroying trust-internally and externally."
A native Australian, Ayers expanded Integro from Sydney to West Chester, PA in 2001 and now resides in the United States. Last year he released his groundbreaking book, Engagement is Not Enough: You Need Passionate Employees to Achieve Your Dream (Elevate 2008).
