Integro Leadership Coaching Process
The Integro Leadership Coaching Process is distinguished by its emphasis on leadership. A leader can be a top executive, a small business owner, or a manager at any level. Integro expertly guides leaders through this coaching process, enabling them to get the most from themselves and their team, and to drive sustainable results for their organization.
There is a requirement for leaders participating in this program to apply their learning with team members in their organization.
Leaders create change. Leaders going through Integro's Leadership Coaching Process will create change in the work environment and in the results their team produces.
The Integro Leadership Coaching Process consists of three stages, each conducted over a three- to four-month period:
- Increasing team member engagement: Leaders identify the "kinds of people" they need, and the work environment they need to create, in order to attract and retain those people. The application in this stage focuses on getting each team member engaged and committed to performing at their best.
- Capitalizing on team member talents: The primary focus of this stage is to develop the skills needed to identify talent and have meaningful conversations with team members about improving their performance. Leaders will learn the mentoring skills of giving feedback, coaching, and counselling. The application focuses on utilizing the Mentoring Action Planner to capitalize on each team member's talents.
- Building a high-performance team: Once the leader has all team members engaged and performing at their best, they need to acquire the skills to turn a group of individuals into a high-performing team. Leaders will use the Team Dimensions Profile to identify how each team member can best contribute to maximizing team performance.
When you work with the Integro Leadership Institute you will have the opportunity to be paired with a coach who will work with you to explore your vision, identify your challenges, and customize a program that will allow you to effect change and deliver results.
