Employee Engagement

Polls conducted worldwide by The Gallup Organization tell us that approximately 30 percent of employees are “engaged” – meaning they are committed to the work they do and to the organisation they work for. These low levels of employee engagement are broadly similar across different cultures, and have changed little over the past decade.

How do you think your organisation shapes up? More than 30% engaged? Less? Remember, 30% is the average. Imagine you had 50%, 70%, or even more than 90%?

At Intégro, we know that employee engagement is very important. But we believe strongly that engagement is not enough. Leaders need to create the kind of work environment where employees are not just engaged – switched on to what they’re doing and happy with the company – but also truly passionate about their work, and push themselves to excel every day.

To increase employee passion in your organisation:

Step one: measure levels of passion in the organisation

Step two: get started on the positive change process
