Frank Cahill has had over 25 years experience working with organisations to improve the quality of their leaders and the performance of their teams. Frank is a registered psychologist who holds a BA (psychology), a graduate diploma in applied psychology and a professional doctorate degree in counselling psychology. Brad joined Intégro as a consultant in 2000 after a 15-year association with the company as a client. He has over 30 years’ experience in consulting, financial services and insurance, encompassing a range of leadership roles in learning and development, sales management and business development. Lauren has more than 12 years’ business experience, including a three-year stint in London, and has worked with global organisations such as IBM and Ernst & Young. In addition to roles in strategic planning, development and business management, Lauren heads Intégro’s marketing function. She holds a diploma in marketing and public relations.
Barry has over 30 years of career experience. Prior to joining Intégro, he held business development, corporate relations, and strategic planning positions for organisations including AMP, IPAC Securities, and JB Were. Barry is focused on developing and maintaining Intégro’s relationships throughout our broad consulting and corporate networks.
Shaun works to develop Intégro’s brand through marketing solutions, event management, and customer relations. He holds Degree in Marketing, an Advanced Diploma in Business Management, and two Advanced Diplomas in Marketing. Shaun’s previous experience includes four years in a marketing role with BMW.
Geri has over 30 years of professional experience and has been with Intégro since 2002. Prior to joining Intégro, Geri worked with the Australian Quality Council. She is an expert in the “EPIC” online account management system and leads Intégro’s customer service, team support and online product logistics functions.
Jackie has over 30 years of professional experience and has been with Intégro since 2005. With a background in publicity, design and production, Jackie’s previous experience as a PA includes working with ABC TV, Channel 10 and Channel 9.
With over 20 years’ experience in the accounting profession, Daniel leads Intégro’s finance function. He holds a degree in accounting and his experience includes a three-year consulting spell in Germany and two years with NCR in the Netherlands.
Nicola has over 20 years of international professional experience in both the public and private sectors within Australia. She has consulted with many organisations including ANSTO, NSW Health, Transpower (NZ) and McDonalds. A specialist in information technology implementation, business analysis and data management, Nicola brings several years of professional consulting services experience to Intégro.
Leigh’s role at Intégro includes sales, training, customer services and support. During her 15 years of professional experience, she has held roles at Procter and Gamble and Optus, and has qualified as a financial planner.
Amie’s role at Intégro involves customer services and support. Amie has had more than 10 years experience in customer services, having worked for companies including Telecom (NZ), ANZ Bank, and Colonial First State. Amie holds a BA in Psychology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management.
