About Keith Ayers
Keith Ayers is the President of Integro Leadership Institute LLC. Originally from Australia, Keith joined Integro as a consultant in 1977 and took over the ownership of the organization in 1982. Due to a high demand for his programs and expertise in the United States, Keith moved to Pennsylvania in August of 2001. The U.S. division of Integro now has over 60 certified associates across North America.
Over the years, Keith has worked with executive teams all over the world, including Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, China, and the U.S. His expertise in working with CEOs and senior executive teams led him to specialize in helping organizations create a high performance culture: one that is based on a high level of trust and personal responsibility. Keith has also been a featured speaker at conferences in Germany, Finland, the U.K., and throughout North America.
Keith's first career was as a navigator in the Royal Australian Air Force, which included a term of active duty in Vietnam. He learned that navigation theory was only useful when it was used in a practical setting—to make sure the airplane arrived safely at its destination. In his work as a consultant, Keith has applied the same approach to using psychological and organizational development theory—it must have a practical application to achieve results.
Keith has long held the view that training events do not produce behavioral change or improve business results, which led him to create the Leadership Development Process and Senior Team Alignment Process. These integrated processes include before-and-after measurement and application projects, which help executive teams and managers tackle the work culture head-on, getting all employees committed to achieving outstanding results.
Keith is the author of the book Engagement is Not Enough: You Need Passionate Employees to Achieve Your Dream, published by Advantage™ Media Group. He has also been featured in many publications, including USA Today, CLO (Chief Learning Officer), HR Magazine, International Door and Operator Journal, and Chiropractic Economics.
In addition to his speaking and writing schedule, Keith continues to work in a consulting capacity with organizations all over the world.
About Peggy Stelle
Peggy A. Stelle is Executive Vice President of Integro Leadership Institute. A native of New Jersey but calling Pennsylvania home for many years, Peggy joined Integro in September 2008. She brings her leadership skills, experience, and instinct to her role as a senior consultant and coach, in addition to her support and involvement in client and associate relations.
A certified facilitator, certified DiSC® trainer, and executive coach, Peggy has over 10 years' experience working closely with people in organizations across America to optimize their talents and leverage their professional strengths. Having achieved notable success with Arthurs Travel/Thomson Travel, RC Taylor & Associates, and Springhouse Education & Consulting Services, in addition to founding her own firm, Center for Excellence-Training & Coaching, Peggy brings a wealth of experience and a fresh and exciting perspective to the Integro team.
Peggy is a graduate of The George Washington University and completed studies towards a Master's degree in Audiology from Gallaudet College, Washington, DC. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, a board member of the Chester County Human Resource Association, a member of the Chester County Economic Development Council, and the E-Women's Network. In May 2008, Peggy was honored as a finalist in the Delaware Valley HR Person of the Year Award. In addition to her participation in professional associations and networks, Peggy has been involved with numerous philanthropic groups including the Garnet Valley Education Foundation, Kids Dream Playground, and The Center Foundation—dedicated to empowering women and teen parents through mentoring, education, and support.
